The culinary proposals from the Executive Chef Gianfranco Semenzato, attentive and constantly renewing, obsessive with the choice and selection of the raw materials and of presentation on the plate.

Typical dishes from both the Milan and Italian tradition, hand made fresh pasta, also high class creative dishes such as extra fresh fish crudités which is combined with a varied Italian and International wine list, plus a list of Italian and French “bollicine.”
