This elegant location has been created from an ancient 17th-century manor house with an oil mill, preserving its charm and atmosphere, further enhanced by the antique furnishings dating back to the 19th century and beds either painted or made of wrought iron.

The restaurant’s menu features the typical flavours of Romagna cuisine. Simple, yet distinctive dishes, ranging from fresh pasta to homemade piadina, from grilled meats to desserts, and more creative interpretations of some local specialties.

Chef Giuseppe Russo’s recipes follow tradition, while also embracing seasonality and the availability of products from the farm, ensuring dishes that are incredibly fresh and of high quality.
