112 OI magazine CHAMPOLUC AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY AT THE FOOT OF MONTE ROSA At 1568 meters above sea level, immersed in the glaciers that surround the valley, is Champoluc, the most famous tourist resort in the Val d’Ayas, famous for the kilometres of Monterosa Ski slopes, an intersection of slopes and varied landscapes, which connect it with Gressoney and Alagna in Piedmont and for its shops, boutiques, clubs and restaurants that make it the fashionable centre of the valley.
