A B&B IN FLORENCE’S HISTORIC SAN LORENZO DISTRICT

Soggiorno Pezzati is a B&B in Florence located in the heart of the city, in the historic district of San Lorenzo. Renovated in 2023, it is situated on the 2nd floor of a historic 15th-century building and has been personally managed since 1992 by the owner Daniela Pezzati, in collaboration with her two children, Alessio and Ambra.

Guests can choose from various types of rooms (single, double, triple, and quadruple), all very bright, tastefully and simply furnished, and uniquely decorated. The rooms overlook the typical courtyards of Florence's streets, offering glimpses of rooftops and inner gardens. They are equipped with every comfort, including a private bathroom, A/C, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and more.

Thanks to its central location in Florence, Soggiorno Pezzati is just a 5-minute walk from all the main points of interest in the city: Santa Maria Novella train station, the Accademia Gallery, the Uffizi Gallery, the main landmarks, Piazza Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the most famous churches and squares, the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the Fortezza da Basso, where conferences and events are held (including Pitti Immagine Uomo).

Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast, which can be prepared independently in the comfortable kitchen of Soggiorno Pezzati. Every morning, fresh and packaged products are available, accompanied by a cup of coffee or any other beverage of choice.

Self-check-in, with at least 24 hours' notice, can be arranged at any time (the owners are available only in the morning). The property also provides a luggage storage service upon check-out.

For those arriving by car, it is important to note that access to the ZTL area is only possible if parking is arranged in a garage within the area. Soggiorno Pezzati has an excellent partnership with a garage located just 50 meters from the property.
